Company Overview

Kariba Engineering Services Limited (‘KARIBA’) is a 100% Ghanaian-owned company set up to provide a strong local content support to the oil and gas and allied industries.

Our key personnel are from various backgrounds such as subsea engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, drilling operations, Legal, Quality Control and Assurance and have several years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry.

The company was established in April 2014 with the vision to become the ideal Ghanaian oil and gas company, providing essential services driven by excellence.

There are currently 29 permanent Ghanaian employees and a national service personnel.

KARIBA has its head office on 4th floor of One Airport Square Office Complex, Airport City – Accra.

Where we Operate

Headquartered in Accra-Ghana with an onshore base facility and operational office at Takoradi.

Currently Ghana is the only country KARIBA operates in but our aim is to penetrate into regional markets.

Our main market is the oil and gas services industry.

Anti-Corruption

It is the policy of Kariba Engineering Services Limited to conduct its operations and activities in complete compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) of 1977, as may be amended from time to time, the U.K. Bribery Act 2010, as may be amended from time to time, the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCC), the African Convention in Preventing and Combating Corruption and other relevant anti-corruption laws, including Ghana’s local anti-bribery laws (collectively, the “anti-corruption laws”).

The Company strictly prohibits giving, promising, offering, receiving, or requesting, directly or indirectly, anything of value for the purpose of gaining a commercial advantage. In order to conduct all of its operations and activities in compliance with the anti-corruption laws, the Company has developed this anti-corruption policy.
