Code of Conduct

Kariba Engineering Services Limited is committed to doing business in an ethical manner, free from corrupt practices and for that matter conducts its business activities in a responsible, transparent and ethical way. The company is TRACE certified and undertakes re-certification every year.
All statutory regulations are complied with and the company renews all licenses accordingly.
KARIBA undertakes due diligence procedures prior to approving any organization or company for business relationship to ensure that such parties will comply with its policies.
The company has a Code of Conduct and Business Ethics policy which is read and signed by all new employees.
This code is based on eight ethical principles which serves as a basis for determining and encouraging ethical conduct for all employees in all of their dealings with their colleagues and other stakeholders
These ethical principles are: Conduct and Behavior, Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Property Protection, Conflict of Interest, Political Activities and Contributions, Workplace Responsibilities, Reporting Violations of Code and Zero Tolerance approach to Financial Crime and Unlawful Conduct.

HSE Management

KARIBA Engineering Services Limited attaches the greatest importance to the health, safety and welfare of its employees as well as the environment we operate in. We believe that our human resource is the most vital of all, hence our immense commitment to safeguarding health and safety matters.

Top management has a leadership role in the communication and implementation and ensuring compliance with HSE policies and standards.

KARIBA has developed, implemented and runs an effective Safety Management program that includes risk assessment.

There are a total of 26 applicable HSE documents which includes policies, procedures, manuals, plans and forms.

Quality Management

The basic orientation of KARIBA Engineering Services Limited is to be recognized for quality in the engineering and upstream services of Ghana’s Oil and Gas and allied industry.

The framework for setting quality objectives is defined in the Quality Management Manual.

Management QHSE Representative is responsible for communicating the Quality Policy to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization and making it available to the public.

There are applicable Quality Management documents which includes policies, procedures, manual, plans and forms.

Our passion for excellence and quality service is derived through an impressive workforce of 28 employees, led by a dynamic leadership team with strong technical and managerial expertise covering multiple roles and positions.

Alfred Cudjoe

Managing Director
Has over 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas services industry. Worked as regional manager for over 6 years in a multi-national oil and gas service company. His Product lines of specialty in the industry are Manufacturing Engineering, Inspection, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
