KARIBA Engineering Services Limited is committed to the smooth progression of its employees to meet current and future needs of the organization and career aspirations of employees. We have a training and development policy that ensures that all employees are updated in skill, knowledge and technology in order to equip them to deliver their best and to meet the growing demands of a rapidly changing technological age.
For this reason, the development program cuts across the entire employee body. We aim at employing various strategies to maximize the output and efficiency of our work force. These include specialist skill training, job rotation, job enrichment, cross-functional movement, among others.

Social Development

KARIBA Engineering Services Limited will ensure that a healthy balance between its economic objectives and the welfare of the society and environment is maintained. We place a value on outstanding corporate citizenship because we believe in giving back to our society, more so as we are proudly Ghanaian.
We have a plan to create a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) desk within our HR department to handle intervention projects and activities. We have already identified some needs within the environment where we operate and will see to it that the corporate growth of the company creates a spin-off for the community in terms of development, growth and empowerment.
